'Jagame Thanthiram' to 'Master': Five Tamil films that may pull the audience to theaters

A curfew has been imposed across the country as social distancing is needed to control the coronavirus. Cinema theaters have been closed for the last six months, and many big releases have been postponed. The makers of few films are stubborn on releasing their films first in theaters as they are made for the fans to enjoy in the celebrated medium. Now, the central government of India has allowed for theaters to operate from October 15th as per their guidelines in Unlock 5. Theater owners and filmmakers can witness a slight ray of hope with Unlock 5, as they are affected financially over the last few months. Even though the theaters are opened, there will be a fear among the audience over the pandemic virus. But some films and stars can easily make fans overcome their fear. Here is a look into the five Tamil films from 'Jagame Thanthiram' to 'Master' that will be a good choice to bring back the audience to theaters.

Dhanush's 'Jagame Thanthiram'

There are huge expectations among the fans for Dhanush 'Jagame Thanthiram', which is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and the star will be seen in two different looks. One of the looks of Dhanush was already revealed, and fans have been enjoying the 'Rakita Rakita' song composed by Santhosh Narayanan. So 'Jagame Thanthiram' might be a good option for this Diwali, and it will bring the cinema lovers back to theaters.

Prabhu Deva's 'Pon Manickavel'

Apart from being a top choreographer, Prabhu Deva also acted in a few films. Prabhu Deva's 'Pon Manickavel' is further delayed because of the Corona shutdown, and the film, which is directed by AC Mugil Chellappan, already impressed the fans with the teaser and trailer. 'Pon Manickavel' marks Prabhu Deva's 50th film, and he is set to rock as a cop for the first time.

Arya's 'Teddy'

The charming actor Arya was last seen on big screens in 'Kaappaan', and he played a supporting role in the film. Arya has joined hands with promising director Shakti Soundar Rajan for 'Teddy'. Like the director's previous super hit films 'Naaigal Jakkirathai', 'Miruthan', and 'Tik Tik Tik', 'Teddy' also looks different, and the unique genre will surely enthrall the fans. 'Teddy' features Arya and Sayyeshaa in lead roles, and the songs composed by D Imman are doing well.
