Ace director Shankar has completed 27 years in cinema, and fans have been wishing the star by remembering his blockbuster films. Shankar made his directorial debut with Arjun starrer 'Gentleman' and delivered back to back blockbusters. Shankar has worked with many lead heroes in the industry including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Vikram, and Prashanth. Director Shankar is best in surprising the audience with his movies, and he made a lot of people think about the making of noteworthy scenes. 'Indian' - Television live

Director Shankar first worked with Kamal Haasan for the action-drama 'Indian', and the film was well appreciated by critics and audience. Kamal Haasan has played a dual role as a father and son. In the movie, Kamal Haasan murders a government officer through television live, and he explains about the corruption that filled the country. This scene from 'Indian' made many think about the development of the country.

'Mudhalvan' - Arjun's interview with Chief Minister

After several heroes denied doing the political drama 'Mudhalvan', Shankar opted to do the lead as Arjun. Arjun had also given his best, and the film got a huge response. One of the most-watched Tamil movie scenes is Arjun's interview with Chief Minister Raghuvaran, where he accepts his challenge to become one day Chief Minister.

'Anniyan' - Split personality play by Vikram

Director Shankar and Vikram collaborated for the first time for 'Anniyan', and the action-thriller won eight Filmfare awards under several categories. Vikram played as a young man who is suffering from split personalities. Vikram has enacted three characters as Ambi, Remo, and Anniyan at one go and the scene has received accolades by the masses.

'Sivaji' - Return of Sivaji as MGR

After missing some of the opportunities working with director Shankar, Rajinikanth joined hands with the director for 'Sivaji'. Rajnikanth has played a complete stylish character, and the film became a commercial hit in all centers. Rajinikanth erases his identity as Sivaji and returns as MG Ravichandran (MGR) and brings goosebumps to the audience. The scene is filled with mass and class and is one of the super scenes of Rajinikanth.

'Enthiran' - Pre climax fight

After the blockbuster success of 'Sivaji', Shankar and Rajinikanth again teamed up for the science fiction action drama 'Enthiran'. Rajinikanth played the roles of scientist Vaseegaran and the sophisticated android robot Chitti. But the robot Chitti turns opposite Vaseegaran when a red chip is embedded. Chitti gets angrier while it tries to escape and destroy the city by several robos. Shankar has created the scene with a great work of graphics.
