GV Prakash is all set to make his debut in Bollywood as an actor with Anurag Kashyap!

In December 2023, the news of Anurag Kashyap directing GV Prakash made headlines. It was reported that the Bollywood director and actor will be making his Kollywood directorial debut. Anurag Kashyap is not a new name in Tamil film industry as he has already made his acting debut with 'Imaikaa Nodigal' and has even cooperated with Vijay Sethupathi for a yet to be released film. He is also a good follower of Tamil films and has praised Vetrimaaran and Sasikumar for their direction style.

Now, he is all set to direct GV Prakash for an upcoming project in Tamil and make his Tamil directorial debut. The new buzz is that the film will be shot in Tamil and Hindi simultaneously and this will mark GV Prakash's Bollywood acting debut.

GV Prakash is one of the renowned music composers in India and his acting stint began much later in the entertainment industry, However, following the steps of many other actors in the Tamil film industry, he is all set to make his Bollywood debut as an actor.

On the work front, he was last seen in the film 'Adiyae' which was released in 2023. He has few projects in the pipeline that include 'Rebel', '13', 'Kalvan', 'Dear' and 'Idimuzhakkam' which are gearing up for its release in theatres soon. Also as a music composer he has 'Thangalaan' and 'Suriya 43' in the pipeline which are scheduled to release this year.
