Bharathiraja is still under constant scrutiny in a Chennai hospital as a medical doctor confirms that the legendary cine-director is stable now. The 84-year-old cine-director is receiving premium medical care after he was admitted to the hospital with lung infection and is under intensive care (ICU). The latest news of recovery is good news for his fans and associates as he has been responding to treatment and is under complete 24/7 medical care at the hospital.
Hospital confirms intensive treatment
According to the bulletin released by MGM Healthcare, Bharathiraja is being administered all necessary interventions to address organ impairments caused by his illness. “Mr. Bharathiraja was admitted with severe lung infection and is currently being treated in the Critical care unit. He is on all appropriate treatment for organ impairments and is being closely cared for by our team of medical experts. His condition is stable and he will continue to require treatment in the Critical care unit.,” read the statement. The latest update stresses that although the director’s condition is stable, he requires further specialized treatment to aid his recovery.
