Trisha’s Back on home turf!

Trisha’s Bollywood debut — Khatta Meetha — failed at the box office. Now, speculations are rife that her Bollywood dreams have gone bust and the actress is now back to going down South.
But Trisha refutes any such claims. She says, “First and foremost, I never said that I’m moving lock, stock and barrel to Bollywood. South cinema (meaning Tamil and Telugu) is my priority.If my intention was to make it big in Bollywood like Asin, I would have shifted bag and baggage to Mumbai.
Khatta Meetha was my 40th film and according to trade papers, it was not a failure as was made out to be by a section of the media. Even today, I’m game to do a Hindi film depending on my role, script and filmmaker. “
