Bored amid lockdown? Well music can always help you kick off boredom. And if it’s Punjabi music especially by Guru Randhawa, well you know there would be no room for boredom at all! So are you ready to pump up your speakers’ volume, as we here have a list of top five Guru Randhawa songs that will keep you entertained even amid quarantine. Just scroll down:

2/6

‘Surma Surma’

On top of the list, we have the latest song by Guru Randhawa ‘Surma Surma’. The track was released last year, and marked the second international collaboration of Guru Randhawa after ‘Slowly Slowly’. This time, he joined hands with Jay Sean.

Further, the song is a proper peppy Punjabi number with the blend of hip hop music, which will make you groove in no time.

3/6

‘Lahore’

Another song of Guru Randhawa that will help you kill the boredom amid lockdown is ‘Lahore’. The song is one of Guru’s much loved tracks that is regarded as a party starrer. In fact, the song got revamped as ‘Lagdi Lahore Di’ in the Bollywood movie ‘Street Dancer 3D’. Both the revamped version and the original track are meant to pump up the speaker’s volume.

4/6

‘High Rated Gabru’

‘High Rated Gabru’ is one of the Punjabi songs by Guru Randhawa that rocked the music charts right after the release. The song came out in 2017 and till date is a party playlist staple. Further, it too got revamped and featured in the movie ‘Nawabzaade’. Yet again, we will have to say that both the Bollywood version and Punjabi original entertained the fan equally.

5/6

‘Suit’

Talking of Guru Randhawa’s songs and not mentioning ‘Suit’ is nothing less than a sin. Though it is a groovy number, it is one of the best tracks to impress a girl, as it has been crafted to compliment a Punjabi beauty. Punjabi songs and singers are usually accused of objectifying women, but with ‘Suit Suit’, Guru proved all those acquisitions false.

Further, this song too was revamped to be featured in a Bollywood movie, which added to its reach.

6/6

‘Ishare Tere’

Released in 2018 ‘Ishare Tere’ is a peppy flirtatious song. It is not a single but a duet crooned by Guru Randhawa and Dhvani Bhanushali. This was their first ever collaboration and it became a party playlist staple in no time. And it is among of the Punjabi tracks that will help you kick off the lockdown boredom.
