Being Producer is tougher than acting: Jimmy Shergill

Actor Jimmy Shergill who has done almost 40 Punjabi and Hindi movies throughout his career till now is actually playing the role of a real life producer from last many days.
With his experience and observation of facts he has realized and even committed that ���������it���������s really tough to be a producer than being an actor. As actor you have less responsibility as you stay on the set just to act in the movie but being a producer, the burden increases as you have to keep an eye on every task going around you on the set.���������
But still this young actor turned producer did the producer job amazingly with his first venture Dharti, which was a box office hit in the year 2011.Another of his Punjabi venture, Taur Mittran Di which received moderate opening of 22 lacs, did average in the multiplexes but lacked in performance elsewhere.
The 41 year old actor stepped in the film industry, when he made his debut with Maachis but came into limelight when played a romantic role in a Mohabbatein. Uttar Pradesh born Jimmy did his schooling in punjab and started his professional career in Mumbai. Movies like Mannat, Tera Mera Ki Rishta, Munde UK De, Mel Karade Rabba were the much loved by all Punjabi movie hits given by him.
He made a star mark in Bollywood even by giving superb performances in movies like Munna Bhai M.B.B.S, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Delhi Heights, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai, Saheb Biwi Or Gangster and A Wednesday.
Jimmy is holding a very positive bonding and dedication towards the Punjabi cinema and has committed for staying in touch with it and moreover to entertain his Punjabi audience by doing more new Punjabi films as he stated in an interview.
