Hemant Dhome takes the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine; urges everyone to do so

Actor-director Hemant Dhome received his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine today (May 3). The 'Choricha Mamla' star took to his Twitter to share the news and wrote, "बीकेसी जम्बो लसीकरण केंद्रावर लस घेतली! उत्तम सोईसुविधा! योग्य मार्गदर्शन! अद्ययावत यंत्रणा! खूप आपुलकीने विचारपुस करणारे कर्मचारी आणि डॅाक्टर्स! @mybmc धन्यवाद, लशींचं प्रमाण वाढायला हवं! मंडळी जाऊन लस घ्या!! लसीकरण करणं खूप खूप गरजेचं आहे! #GetVaccinated #vaccinated#vaccine"

Apart from Hemant, recently, several other Marathi celebrities have taken the first dose of the vaccine. Actors like Sonali Kulkarni, Bharat Jadhav, Subodh Bhave, Sachin Pilgaonkar and Bhau Kadam.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Hemant has postponed the release date of his upcoming film 'Jhimma' which sees actors like Sonalee Kulkarni, Sayali Sanjeev and Siddharth Chandekar in lead roles.
