#WhatIf! ‘Fight Club’ was made in Mollywood

Welcome my travel partners. Our mind is such a brilliant magician who can play tricks on us isn’t it? This concept was introduced brilliantly in David Fincher’s ‘Fight Club’. Today I have bought the ticket to the realm of ‘Fight Club’ and I really hope you guys will be having a great journey looking at the possibilities of the film being remade in Mollywood. Over to Simon.

#Simon Says, ”Hi guys. So today we will be traveling to the land of ‘Fight Club’ which is one of the best mind-boggling films in Hollywood. Fasten your seatbelts as ETimes presents the 26th episode - ‘Whatif ‘Fight Club’ was made in Mollywood”

Possibility 1: The Narrator as Fahadh Faasil

#Simon Says, “The main lead character in ‘Fight Club’ is simply termed ‘The Narrator’ and it really ties up well to the overall concept of the movie. Coming to the Mollywood remake of the film, who else is a better option other than Fahadh Faasil to reprise the role of ‘The Narrator’ in the film? It's sure that Fahadh will do complete justice to the role played by the Hollywood actor Edward Norton in ‘Fight Club’”

Possibility 2: Tyler Durden as Dulquer Salmaan

#Simon Says, “Tyler Durden is one of the memorable characters in the film who is the perfect mix of style with brilliant acting. Taking both these qualities, the Mollywood young and versatile actor Dulquer Salmaan would be apt for reprising the role of Tyler Durden in the Malayalam remake of ‘Fight Club’.”

Possibility 3: Marla Singer as Keerthy Suresh

#Simon Says, “ Marla Singer is the female lead in ‘Fight Club’ and was essayed by the brilliant Hollywood actor Helena Bonham Carter. The character gives a lot of space for an actor to perform and looking at the stunning performance of Keerthy Suresh in ‘Saani Kaayidham’, the character Marla Singer could be perfect for the actress to reprise.”

Possibility 4: Directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery

#Simon Says, “One can’t place the directors David Fincher and Lijo Jose Pellissery on the same shelf as both of them are different in many ways ranging from their storytelling to execution-style. But if Lijo Jose Pellissery is roped in as the director for the Mollywood remake of ‘Fight Club’, it would be a new experience for the audience with the inclusion of several symbolic sequences and different execution styles that we have seen in his recent film ‘Churuli’.”

#Simon Says, “So we have looked into most of the possibilities that can happen if ‘Fight Club’ was made in Mollywood. With such exceptional talents on board, it's sure that the Mollywood remake of the cult classic ‘Fight Club’ will do justice to the original movie”
