Vineeth Sreenivasan, Kannur’s own celebrity playback singer, actor and director, has lent voice for the theme song of Kannur International Airport. The song talks about North Malabar’s dream for a state-of-the-art airport and how the airport will take Kerala to never before heights. The music is composed by Rahul Subrahmanian, who is famous for the soundtracks of 1971: Beyond Borders and Philips and the Monkey Pen.
The theme song was written by R Venugopal.
