'Thundu’ release date: Biju Menon starrer to hit the big screens in February

Thundu,' featuring Biju Menon and helmed by newcomer Riyas Shereef, has confirmed its release date, marking February 16, 2024, as the day for its theatrical debut. Creating a buzz among fans, this movie showcases Biju Menon in a cop avatar after a hiatus, promising an entertaining blend of comedy and cop drama.

The announcement came alongside the unveiling of a vibrant poster, featuring Biju Menon donning the attire of a police constable. Whimsically holding a gun, the poster hints at a lighthearted and humorous portrayal of the actor in his role as a comical cop. The teaser poster offers a glimpse into the film's comedic essence, setting the tone for an entertaining cinematic experience.

Penned by director Riyas Shereef himself, 'Thundu' is produced by Ashiq Usman and cinematographer Jimshi Khalid. Complementing the narrative with music, Vishu Vijay takes charge of the film's compositions, while Jimshi Khalid handles cinematography and Naba Usman oversees editing.

The film's ensemble cast comprises talented actors such as Shine Tom Chacko, Unnimaya Prasad, Shaju Sreedhar, Noushad Ali, and Zhinz Shan, portraying pivotal roles.

On the other hand, Biju Menon's previous outing was with the investigation thriller 'Garudan'. Audiences raved about the actor's brilliant portrayal of an antagonist in the Suresh Gopi starrer.
