People are addicted to cell phones: Lal Jose

It’s recently that two youngsters of Kerala tried to capture a woman getting hit by a train on their mobile phones, without trying to save her.
Filmmaker Lal Jose recently expressed his angst over the trend, in a regional newspaper. He wrote that youngsters are quite addicted to the device, though it has been over 15 years since it became common. The director also revealed that often at film locations, people get immersed in their phones during breaks and it take time for them to come back to the character's mood.
