Mohanlal’s special visit fulfills the dream of a young fan with cerebral palsy

Mohanlal, one of India’s most talented actors, recently made a heartfelt gesture by meeting a devoted young fan, Anon, a 20-year-old from Chirakkadavu, Kottayam, who has cerebral palsy. For the past 15 years, Anon had dreamed of meeting his idol, and that dream finally came true.


During a break from shooting ‘Hridayapoorvam’, directed by Sathyan Anthikad in Vandiperiyar, Mohanlal personally met Anon and his family. Anon’s father shared that the superstar didn’t make them wait and spent quality time with his son.


According to On Manorama, having watched ‘Lucifer’ and ‘Pulimurugan’ countless times, Anon expressed his admiration for Mohanlal. In a touching moment, Mohanlal warmly responded that he liked Anon just as much, embracing him and making the experience unforgettable for the young fan and his family.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal’s upcoming film, L2: Empuraan, has finally received a major update. Director-actor Prithviraj Sukumaran took to Instagram to announce that the first show of the much-awaited sequel will begin at 6:00 AM IST on March 27, 2025, with global screenings commencing simultaneously in respective time zones.

Prithviraj also shared a powerful new poster featuring Mohanlal standing before a crowd of police officers, media personnel, and the general public. His caption read, “The first day, first show of #L2E #Empuraan will start at 6:00 AM IST on the 27th of March 2025. Shows across the world will start at the corresponding time in respective time zones. Stay tuned for further details!”

On the other hand, Mohanlal’s previous outing was the fantasy film ‘Barroz’ which failed to impress the audiences. Mohanlal’s directorial debut film was criticised by the audiences due to it’s poor VFX and story along with mediocre direction. Mohanlal is expected to make his grand comeback with ‘L2: Empuraan’.
