Machante Maalakha is a 2025 Malayalam-language comedy-drama directed by Boban Samuel and penned by Ajeesh P. Thomas. Blending humor with emotional depth, the film revolves around an endearing yet chaotic journey of its protagonists, capturing relationships, aspirations, and unexpected twists in a heartwarming narrative. The film’s music and background score, composed by veteran musician Ouseppachan, add to the charm.

Starring Shahid Kapoor, Pooja Hegde, and Pavail Gulati, the film is a remake of Andrrews’ critically acclaimed 2013 Malayalam film Mumbai Police, but with a fresh climax.​

Officer on Duty is a 2025 Malayalam-language crime action thriller directed by Jithu Ashraf in his directorial debut and written by Shahi Kabir.
