Dulquer Salmaan has quite an exciting week ahead. The charming star’s new show ‘Guns & Gulaabs’ is coming out this Friday (Aug 18), and his film ‘King Of Kotha’ is releasing next week (Aug 24), and he is on a promotional spree.
The star is currently in Mumbai promoting his pan-Indian release ‘King Of Kotha’. Directed by Abhilash Joshiy, the film is exceptionally special for Dulquer Salmaan.
Speaking about the film, Dulquer Salmaan said, “It’s a story-driven film. It’s more of a gangster drama. It's a friendship film. ‘King Of Kotha’ has got love, emotions, and bit of comedy. The film also has great music, so I'm hoping that it would appeal the audiences across the country.”
He further added, “I don't usually do this type of genre or even characters. So it is very new for me. It's very exciting for me, but thank you for all the love that we've been getting, from the teaser on the trailer, and it just it gives us a lot of positive energy. I hope it keeps growing, and can't wait for all of you to watch it. I have dubbed it myself in all four languages. I think it very important that I do it, .and that effort is always worth it. It's a big month for me. Tomorrow ‘Guns and Gulaabs’ is also coming out. All all of it. The two releases I have are both coming a week apart this year. So fingers crossed for both.”
Meanwhile, ‘King Of Kotha’ also has Aishwarya Lekshmi, Dancing Rose Shabeer, Prasanna, Nyla Usha, Chemban Vinod, Gokul Suresh, Shammi Thilakan, Shanthi Krishna, Vada Chennai Saran, and Anikha Surendran in important roles.
