Jiju had previously directed

Urumbukal Urangarila

and has currently begun work for his next, which is reportedly a thriller that has Antony and Cheman in lead roles. The movie is set to go on floors after Antony finishes work on Aanaparambile World Cup and Nitish Sahadev’s film.

Meanwhile, director Lijo Jose Pellissery's Jallikattu that has Antony and Chemban in pivotal roles will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival later this month.
