This woman-centric film will keep you hooked, says producer Likith Kotian

Juliet 2, a female-centric film starring Brinda Acharya, releases today. Directed by Virat B Gowda and produced by debutant Likith R Kotian, under PL Productions, the thriller and action film is set in the Western Ghats.
Not a typical commercial flickExcited about his first production, Likith says, “As a cinema lover, I watch movies every Friday. When I heard this script, I was blown away by its content, which made me produce it. It is not the typical commercial formula, the subject forms the core of the film.”

A girl journeys to realise her father’s dreamDelving deeper, he adds, “Juliet 2 is about a Juliet without her Romeo. A fiercely independent girl, she takes charge of her life. Loved by her father, she visits her native to realise her father’s dreams, and faces immense challenges which force her to fight alone. The movie, shot with dark effects, will be an edge-of-the-seat thriller with action sequences. Actors Anoop Sagar, Kush Acharya, Srikanth Sriki, Roy Badiger and Ravi Kalabrahma are seen in significant roles.”
