Sumalatha's political plans to be unveiled on Monday

Actress Sumalatha Ambareesh's entry into politics has been one of the most widely followed one in Karnataka. Given the fact that she is keen on contesting the parliamentary elections from Mandya, the same place where her deceased husband and Sandalwood star Ambareesh began his political entry, one is curious to see how it unfolds. Ambareesh was a Congress loyalist and this time, because of the Congress-JD (S) coalition, the Mandya seat has been designated to the JD (S) team and actor Nikhil Kumaraswamy is expected to contest from there.But, not one to concede, Sumalatha is adamant on contesting from the same space. She is expected to announce her decision on contesting the Lok Sabha election from Mandya at 11.30 am tomorrow.
