Ever since the news of Sandalwood's two most popular faces, Dhananjaya and Rachita Ram, joining hands for a romantic film did rounds, fans and followers have been waiting to hear more about the film. And, the latest is that the duo is busy shooting with at Gangolli and making the most of the rain. "The shoot is underway and we have already completed five days of shoot at Gangolli near Kundapur.

And, we are planning to be here till October 4 after which we head back to Bengaluru," informs the actor. What is even more interesting is the theme of the film allegedly titled Monsoon Raga and the film's team trying to keep it true to its title and its theme. "Rain are an extremely critical part of the film and hence we chose to shoot here in natural rain rather than fake showers. It is definitely a challenge for the actors and the technical crew to shoot in a set-up as real as this, but we decided to keep that element alive," says the actor.
Meanwhile, Dhananjaya is not complaining, "It is a much-needed break post the lockdown phase which went on for months and I am happy to be back at work and also enjoying this beautiful weather." In the romantic film, the actor reveals that his character is not a dark conflicted one like his earlier films. "In fact, I play this innocent guy with an extremely positive outlooks on life. It is definitely a unique character from my earlier films," he smiles.
The film's title however is yet-to-decided reveals the actor. "The team is yet to decide on the film's title and the name Monsoon Raaga is not yet the final title," says Dhananjaya who adds that after this film, he will start shooting for Badava Rascal for which the climax shoot is left. "After which I take up Rathnan Prapancha," wraps the actor.
