Reportedly Sherlyn and Rakesh Paul had a fallout as Sherly allegedly filed a police complaint against Rakesh Paul for his behaviour.

According to the makers of Kamasutra 3D, the film is the biggest ever Indian movie that is rich in visual effects for live action footages.The makers released a second trailer of the film recently. It has been majorly shot on sea and water bodies. Two ships were specially built for the filming of Kamasutra 3D. The fights on the ship give an exotic feeling to the 3D movie.

Kamasutra 3D made a mark in the international market at the prestigious Cannes International Film Festival. At the 66th edition of Cannes, the film was introduced. Sherlyn Chopra attended the film festival with Rupesh Paul. The actress donned some skin showing costumes at the film festival. She opted for a sheer black dress. And at another point, Sherlyn went for traditional outfits, a lehenga choli with a plunging neckline.

Kamasutra 3D swept all territories at the pre-sale rights of the movie at Cannes. Kamasutra 3D received a huge response with regards to its sales even before its release. The film also made an entry at the 86th Academy Awards. Kamasutra 3D was contending in three categories – Best Motion Picture, Original Score and Original Song with 5 songs. However the film didn't go on to be very successful.

She is one of the most reknowned fashion designers of India and has added a new touch to the usual costumes. Also dancing maestro Saroj Khan has done the choreography. The ace choreographer has done a sensuous romantic song for Kamasutra 3D.
