Dil Dhadakne Do: Celebs heap praises on the film

Zoya Akhtar's friends are mighty upset with her. Reportedly, on Ranveer Singh’s request, Zoya had invited Deepika Padukone for the special screening of the film but some of her friends were absent from the list of invitees. According to a report on Bollywoodlife.com, her friends are miffed over the fact that special arrangements were made for Deepika but no screening was held for them. While Ranveer’s wish of showing the film to his alleged girlfriend has been fulfilled, let’s see how Zoya makes up for her folly.

Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do is yet to hit the screens, but the film has already received praises from Bollywood celebrities. A special screening of the film was organised for the B-Town folks ahead of its release on June 5, 2015. The film narrates the story of an upper class dysfunctional Punjabi family. It features an ensemble cast including Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Shefali Shah, Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in pivotal roles.
