His life unravels after a private, drunken conversation is recorded and goes public. The fallout isolates him both socially and professionally. Das then files a public interest litigation to restore his credibility and prove his claims. The second half shifts to a tense courtroom battle between Das and Advocate Anwar Rashid, played by Zakir Hussain. Their arguments center on historical records, architecture, and the Mughal era.

The cast also includes Amruta Khanvilkar as Harsha Patel, Sneha Wagh as Sushmita, Namit Das as Avinash, and Brijendra Kala as lawyer Shashikant. The film marks the feature debut of director Tushar Amrish Goel, who also wrote the screenplay.
