Suhana Khan, Shehnaaz Gill, Alizeh Agnihotri: FIVE most anticipated Bollywood debut of 2023

With new hope and vigour, the year 2023 has also brought with it some exciting and big films. Not only this, some fresh new faces will also be making their big Bollywood debut this year. From Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill, to Salman Khan’s niece Alizeh Agnihotri; here we take a look at some most anticipated debuts to look forward to in 2023.

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan is all grown up and is all set to follow her superstar father’s footsteps and foray into movies. The star daughter will be making her big Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’ where she will be essaying the role of Veronica in the movie. The comic adaptation will also mark the debut of Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and Sridevi’s younger daughter Khushi Kapoor. ‘The Archies’ is set to release this year on an OTT platform.

After impressing one and all with her antics in reality show Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz Gill has bagged a role in Salman Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. The makers are, however, yet to spill details regarding her role in the film. Reports are rife that she might be essaying the role of Salman’s sister in the film. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, and Raghav Juyal. The film is directed by Farhad Samji and is set to release this year on the occasion of Eid.

Sanjay Kapoor’s darling daughter Shanaya Kapoor will be making her big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Bedhadak’. Although the film was announced last year, reports were rife that it got shelved. However, the filmmaker rubbished all such rumours and shared details about the film. The film will reportedly go on floors this year and will also release this year. Apart from Shanaya, it also stars Lakshya and Gurfateh Pirzada in lead roles.

Hrithik Roshan’s niece Pashmina Roshan is all geared up for her big debut in Bollywood. She will be starring in the sequel of the 2003 movie ‘Ishq Vishk’ which starred Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. Titled, ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’, Pashmina will star alongside Rohit Saraf, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grewal. The movie will be directed by Nipun Avinash Darmadhikari.

Salman Khan’s beautiful niece Alizeh Agnihotri is all set to mark her debut in Bollywood with National Award-winning filmmaker Soumendra Padhi's next untitled film. Alizeh began shooting for her debut film in 2022 and the film is all set to release in the year 2023. Although the cast and plot of the upcoming film are unknown, reports suggest that the story of the film will be quite different.
