Shah Rukh Khan's epic 6-pack reveals

Not once, not twice, but it's been three times now that Shah Rukh Khan has showed off his crazy 6-pack physique for Pathaan. The first time was in March this year, followed by a leaked image from sets and finally SRK shared a killer bare body photo on Instagram yesterday as well. It's not the first time that his body transformations have impressed the fans though. SRK's first 6-pack reveal for Om Shanti Om was iconic, not to mention the 8-pack progression for Happy New Year, a few years later. Here's looking at these 5 intense sneak peeks to SRK's abs.

Yesterday, Shah Rukh took the internet by storm as he shared a picture of his ripped physique, posing on a sofa. The post was accompanied by a poetic caption that read, "Me to My Shirt today: 'Tum hoti toh kaisa hota.... Tum iss baat pe hairan hoti, Tum iss baat pe kitni hansti...... Tum hoti toh aisa hota..' Me also waiting for Pathaan". Needless to say everyone from Badshah to Rahul Dev were impressed. But it's was wifey Gauri Khan's comment, "Oh God! Now he's talking to his shirts" that had the fans in splits.

A leaked photo from the Pathaan sets showed SRK in all his glory on a balcony. It wasn't a first reveal of SRK's look from the film, but even then the fans went into a certified tizzy, looking at how impressive and ripped Khan looked at his age. It was at the same time that first leaked images of Deepika Padukone also came out and were received with similar fan fare.

The first time that fans caught a glimpse of things to come in Pathaan was when SRK shared a scintillating image of his chiselled body. Just as Bipasha Basu, Rashi Khanna and wifey Gauri Khan had commented on the viral photo, daughter Suhana Khan caught everyone's attention when she shared the same photo on her Instagram with a caption that read, "Uhhh my dad is 56...we are not allowed excuses".

Back in 2014, the world had barely gotten over the iconic SRK six-pack photo from Om Shanti Om, when Khan upped the ante, revealing a stunning 8-pack transformation for the movie Happy New Year. Shah Rukh was nearly fifty when he achieved this feat and needless to say, the fans and even his peers from the film fraternity were impressed. The movie didn't turn out to be as impressive, but SRK's 8-packs had certainly become a superhit.

Back in 2008, when SRK was 42, he managed to stun everyone with hai remarkable transformation for Om Shanti Om. When he debuted his 6-pack abs for the song Dard-e-Disco, fans literally lost their minds. This was an age when social media was just blooming and hadn't become the full-fledged global force that it is today. Yet, the washboard abs photo featuring SRK in long hair and a golden glaze went viral. Even then, most people would not have imagined that SRK would be able to pull off a similar trick, 14 years later.
