Shah Rukh Khan signs autographs, poses with fans in Pune amid ‘Dunki’ shoot

Fans of Shah Rukh Khan keep a close watch on his travels and were quick to reach his sets in Pune recently. The actor is shooting for Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ and stepped out of his vanity van to meet his fans. From signing autographs to clicking pictures, Shah Rukh Khan happily interacted with his fans.
‘Dunki’ is said to be an immigration drama. Speaking about the project, SRK had previously shared, “Rajkumar Hirani is one of the finest filmmakers of this generation, we have always spoken about working together and I am extremely happy we are finally doing it with ‘Dunki’.We have just started shooting this month and I am cherishing every moment of it. Raju ke liye main Donkey, Monkey...kuch bhi ban sakta hoon!”

Before starting work on ‘Dunki’, SRK had been shooting for Atlee’s ‘Jawan’. The actor shot extensively for the same in Mumbai. ‘Jawan’ will see Shah Rukh Khan sharing the frame with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. Speaking about the film, SRK had previously shared, “Atlee makes outstanding mass oriented films, again a genre I have never done. So, I wanted to try my hands on it. And I think me and Atlee have good chemistry. I bring in some (to the film), he brings in some. Whatever we have done of Jawan is thrilling and exciting.” ‘Jawan’ is scheduled to hit the theatres on June 2, 2023.
