Rakhi Sawant's brother, Rakesh Sawant, has been arrested in a cheque-bouncing case. According to reports, Rakesh, who is a director, producer, and writer, was arrested by Mumbai Police and was produced before the metropolitan magistrate court, which put him behind bars in judicial custody till May 22. Back in 2020, a businessman had filed a complaint against Rakhi's brother, but the court granted bail to him provided he returned the money to the businessman, which he failed to do.
