Salman Khan rang in his 60th birthday far away from the city, with a grand celebration at his Panvel farmhouse. The actor kicked off his birthday festivities with a grand midnight celebration that saw his family, closest friends and fellow film industry stars in attendance. Among the many videos that turned up online, was one that gave fans a glimpse of the actor's grand cake-cutting.

Sohail Khan held him up on his feet. The heartwarming gesture drew loud cheers from guests, who sang the birthday song and applauded as the Khan boys cut into the cake.
Salim's wife Salma was also seen standing by his side, smiling away as she watched the two cut the cake.
Iulia Vantur joins Khan family to sing for Salman
The clip from the gathering also saw several members of the Khan family standing around the cake table, including brothers Arbaaz Khan, sisters Arpita Khan and Alvira Khan, and Salman’s rumoured lady love, Iulia Vantur. The actor's many nephews and nieces also joined in to sing for the birthday boy on his special day.

On the work front, Salman, is currently gearing up for the release of his film 'Battle of Galwan'. Based on a ture story, the film will reportedly see the actor head to the frontlines.
