Ranbir Kapoor made Koffee with Karan our binge-time favourite-
Karan Johar started Koffee with Karan way back in 2004 and even after 19 years it generates the same amount of excitement and buzz. But this time around the show already is in news as Ranbir Kapoor has categorically denied to be part of the show, this is now the first time he's done that. Few years ago he even wanted to start a petition with Anushka Sharma against the show reason being time and again a lot has been said about him, some of which he himself said. Let's take a look.
When Deepika Padukone said Ranbir Kapoor should endorse a condom company
During the rapid fire round of the show, Deepika who had appeared on the show with Sonam Kapoor was asked what product should Ranbir endorse, she immediately said " Condom Brand" She later did clarify that it was just a joke but her comment did upset Ranbir's parent Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.
When Sonam Kapoor made a comment on Ranbir as a boyfriend
In the same episode, Sonam made a comment about Ranbir as a boyfriend, She said that “Ranbir is a great friend. He's a really nice guy and has got great family values but as a boyfriend, I don't know, I mean, she (Deepika) did a great job hanging onto him for so long.”
When Kareena Kapoor said she completely approves of Katrina
Few years ago Ranbir appeared on the show with his cousin Kareena and she let go of any opportunity to include Katrina Kaif in the conversation whom Ranbir was dating at that time. She mentioned that she completely approves of her as she had got time to interact with her while she was shooting with her husband Saif Ali Khan for Phantom. She said
“I really like [Katrina], because she’s really nice. She has a heart, and she comes across as really, really warm. She doesn’t pretend to be somebody she’s not. And I’m really happy for them.”

During the episode it felt like Kareena had grand plans for Ranbir and Katrina's wedding, she mentioned that she will be dancing to all hits songs of Katrina Kaif. She said,“On Ranbir’s wedding I’ll dance to Sheila Ki Jawaani, Chinki Chameli and all superhit songs of Katrina Kaif.”Ranbir though very smartly avoided the question of his marriage.

He appeared on the show when he had just broken up with Katrina and he had yet to start work on Brahmastra where he would eventually met Alia and end up marrying her. Talking about his single status, he said , " Being single is boring, lonely and sad. If you want space and all, you should join NASA"
