‘Koi…Mil Gaya’ (2003)

‘Koi…Mil Gaya’ follows the life of Rohit, a developmentally delayed young man, who discovers an alien, Jadoo, after a UFO lands near his home. Jadoo’s supernatural powers enhance Rohit’s mental and physical abilities, helps him overcome his bullies and make Nisha fall in love with him. However when the government gets to know about Jadoo, they seek to capture him. Rohit bravely and amiably defends his alien friend, eventually helping Jadoo in his escape. By masterfully blending science fiction, emotions, and innocence, the film establishes a foundation for India's first superhero franchise.

​‘Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva’ (2022)

Shiva, a young DJ with mysterious fire abilities, learns he is linked to Brahmāstra, an ancient astral weapon. He meets Isha when he discovers his fate as a "Astra," and she ends up being his ally and love. They set out on a mission together to prevent Junoon's evil forces from seizing the Brahmāstra and wiping out the planet. Shiva embraces his abilities and learns shocking truths about his past under the guidance of Guru and other protectors of divine weapons. ​‘Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic’ (2008)

Ranbeer, a wealthy businessman, causes an accident that kills a couple, leaving their four children orphaned. As punishment, the court assigns him custody of the kids, who resent him. God sends Geeta, an angel, into their lives to strengthen their love by bringing magic, laughter, and warmth. Ranbeer gradually gains the children's trust and apologizes for his mistakes by love, compassion, and funny scenarios. Lessons like compassion, forgiveness, and the ability of magical intervention to mend broken relationships and start a new family are all conveyed in this charming family drama.

After returning from Canada, Kanan reluctantly weds a tree out of superstition before getting married to his fiancée. But Shashi, a kind ghost who had been in the tree for almost a century, is set free by this ritual. Shashi recalls her tragic romance with poet Phillauri and her sudden passing prior to marriage. Shashi's presence helps Kanan in confronting his worries as he works through wedding-related issues. The moving story explores themes of love, grief, and closure while blending comedy, romance, and mystical elements. In the end, it reveals an emotional connection between the past and present.
