There are reports that the film, which was scheduled to release on February 23, has reportedly been shifted to April. The makers of the film have decided to change the title for reasons yet to be known.

The famous actor Vijay Sethupathi joins Katrina Kaif in Sriram Raghavan's upcoming thriller 'Merry Christmas'. The film marks the Tamil debut of Raghavan, Kaif, and music composer Pritam, as well as the third Hindi film for Sethupathi. It wrapped up in January 2023. After several postponements, 'Merry Christmas' is scheduled to release in theatres on January 12, 2024.
