Kangana falls out with good friend Anurag

He directed her first Bollywood film, ‘Gangster’ and again cast her in block buster ‘Life In a Metro’. He helped her handle the stress and strains one comes across in tinsel ville.
He was her mentor and a guide, a true friend in every sense. But ‘Kites’ changed it all! The very moment that Kangana Ranaut saw the film, she knew her equation with good friend Anurag Basu has changed forever.
In a recent interview, Kangana candidly revealed what she went through when she saw ‘Kites’. She says, “Anurag was my best friend and kept telling me not to worry, but I wasn’t even called for the trail. I saw the movie on a Friday and was shocked! The script and what came out on screen was very different.”
The actress reveals that though nothing has change between her and the Roshan’s her relationship with director Anurag Basu is not the same. “I am in touch with Sussanne and Hrithik, they are good friends. But things between me and Anurag are strained. After all, he made the movie,” declares Kangana.
Interestingly, Anurag considers Kangana his lucky mascot but his lady luck is upset by the way he broke her trust. Now only time will tell if Anurag is able to mend the damage by offering Kangana a meaty role in his next.
