The mansion holds significant sentimental value as it was the first home Sridevi purchased after marrying producer Boney Kapoor. Despite facing challenges such as leakage and maintenance issues, Boney Kapoor took the initiative to renovate the property following Sridevi's untimely demise.


Inside, the mansion boasts Boney Kapoor's Chennai office and a luxurious living room adorned with Sridevi's original artwork. A hidden room and a gallery filled with vintage family photographs add to the home's charm. Notably, the TV room features paintings crafted by Janhvi and her sister Khushi Kapoor during the lockdown, adding a personal touch to the space.
