When Ajay Devgn tried to bribe the pandit during their wedding
Recently in a social media post, Kajol had spilled the beans on how she met Ajay on the sets of ‘Hulchul’ and thus their journey began. The actress revealed that after dating for four years they decided to get married. Ajay and Kajol had two ceremonies, a Punjabi and Maharashtrian one. The actress revealed an adorable anecdote from their wedding that during the pheras Ajay desperately wanted the pandit to hurry up and had even tried to bribe him!
Kajol: As a producer, he's super organised
Over the decades, Ajay Devgn has played many roles, from being an actor to a director and also a producer. In an interview with Filmfare, Kajol went on to praise her husband’s many qualities and stated, “As a producer, he's super organised. As a director he's par excellence. He's one of the finest directors I've come across. I tell him you should let someone else produce and take off your thinking hat for a few days to enjoy the creative side."
Kajol: We're better friends today than we were earlier
Kajol and Ajay’s relationship has evolved through the years and the actress aptly described the same in an interview with Filmfare and said, “We're better friends today than we were earlier. We can share more today than we could when we first got married. It's been nearly 20 years. We've grown as people. I'm proud of who he's as a person. I guess, I have a hand in it and I believe he has a hand in who I am today as well.”
Kajol on working with Ajay: Nothing has changed
In a recent interview, Kajol revealed that reuniting with Ajay still remains to be the same experience. She stated that nothing had changed between them and that what she loves the most about Ajay is that he is 50 per cent a co-star and 50 per cent a director as he is constantly thinking how to improve, even when they are giving their shots in front of the camera.
