’ will star
Rajkummar Rao alongside Bhumi, and will go on floors in January 2021. While ‘
Badhaai Ho
starred Ayushmann Khurrana, Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and Surekha Sikri, the upcoming film, which will be directed by
Harshavardhan Kulkarni, will have a different story line.
In a recent interview, Bhumi admitted that she had turned vegetarian during the lockdown and was immensely satisfied with her decision. The actress said that it was her journey as a climate warrior that prompted her to give up non vegetarian fare. She added that over the past few months, she had been feeling better – both physically and mentally. In a post online, Bhumi wrote, ‘My journey with Climate Warrior taught me a lot. It made me more compassionate towards other species and made me more humble. Eating meat just doesn't feel good anymore.’
