Famous sons and famous fathers

The students of NM College were in for a musical show of a different kind as sitar player Niladri Kumar performed at the Umang festival on Monday evening.
His father Pandit Kartik Kumar watched proudly from amongst the audience as Niladri performed along with Gino Banks on the drums. That made another proud father in the audience ��� Gino���s father Louiz Banks who had come along with his wife to watch the show.
It was an enjoyable musical evening and Roshan Abbas, who was sitting amidst the audience, seemed to be completely mesmerised by the performance. The young students too appreciated the classical show which goes on to show that the youngsters of today are not just taken in by rock-n-roll!
