A smashing kickstart to Wassup! Andheri

The first day of the Times of India Wassup! Andheri Festival could not have started on a more offbeat note with Krishnadas, the famous lone man who stands at the Juhu Signal, inaugurating the event and spreading his belief — ‘Love All Religions’.
And once the inauguration was over, it was time for the fun stuff — Imtiaz Ali and Anurag Kashyap’s selecting short filmmakers to be mentored by them, scriptwriter Sanjay Chouhan’s interactive session, hairstylist Aalim Hakim’s live makeovers, guitar player Ravi’s Iyer’s tribute to Pink Floyd, workshops on tattoo-making, clay art, baking and chocolate making, nature walks, unusual merchandise to shop for and much more! And if all that activity made you super-hungry, you could indulge in wraps, rolls, chaat, pav bhaji, biryani, kebabs, golas and ice-creams.There’s lots more happening today.
