commenced on Sunday. The festival, celebrating the species’ biodiversity was organised by Bison Nature club at the

butterfly garden

located here.

The festival was inaugurated by Nitin Kerkar, a local businessman. At the event, an environmentalist couple- Sagar and Amruta Vasudevan spread information about ways to create successful butterfly gardens. Moreover, they also shared knowledge about different types of butterfly species that exist. Tourists were seen thronging at the location. They even went on a butterfly and jungle safari in the

Dajipur

forest. Rupesh Bobade, a member of the Bison Nature club guided these tourists with information about the forest.
