The ongoing Denim Week celebrations organised by a South Delhi mall saw students come out to express their love for denim in the form of a painting competition recently. Students of NIFT Delhi participated in this event, the theme for which was Denim’s ode to freedom, taking inspiration from the iconic Pink Floyd song, We Don’t Need No Education. The competition was judged by artists Mithu Sen, GR Iranna and art curator Rasika Kajaria. Iranna later told us, “I am thoroughly impressed by the imagination these students have.
