Singer D4vd, who has been at the centre of a murder case controversy, altered the ownership records of two of his Texas homes. The move came amid the ongoing case into the murder of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, after her body was found in the singer’s car.
As per reports from TMZ, the singer transferred the ownership of two of his homes located in Texas. The ownership was transferred to his mother’s name only last month, amid the ongoing investigation into the demise of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
The houses have been officially registered under the Thorn Rose Trust, as per reports from KPRC Houston. The deeds for the house were transferred on September 18 and 22, respectively.
Earlier this year, the body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found in the trunk of a Tesla car, which had been registered under D4vd’s name. On September 8, police officials found her dismembered body in an impounded car in California, after she was reported missing last year in April. The car involved in the crime was first parked near a property in the Hollywood Hills, where the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, had been renting a mansion. It was later taken to the impound lot.
He also emptied the rented space and left soon after a raid was conducted by the police, and “several” pieces of evidence were collected for investigation as per the report. D4vd had to break his 20,000 USD lease on the mansion in order to leave it.
While the singer has chosen to remain silent throughout the ongoing investigations, he has cancelled all of his tour dates to promote his latest album, ‘Withered.’ There has been no news about how he will proceed for any future events.
