Ariana Grande is focusing on work and her fans after her reported split from Ethan Slater. The singer and actor reportedly ended their relationship several months ago after nearly three years of dating. The report mentioned that Grande has stayed focused on her Eternal Sunshine Tour, which recently began after years away from the road. The update comes after reports said Grande and Slater, who met while working on ‘Wicked,’ quietly went their separate ways.

According to Just Jared, which cited People, shared how Grande is doing after her breakup from Slater. The insider said Grande has been “incredibly focused on preparing for her tour.”

“She’s been wanting to give her fans an amazing show and has put so much work into the show. Kicking off her tour was very emotional for her,”the report added.

Grande opened her Eternal Sunshine Tour over the weekend. Just Jared reported that the tour marks her first since 2019, making the launch an important moment for the singer and her fans.



The report also mentioned that Grande has appeared upbeat as she returns to live shows. “She’s seemed very happy. It’s all been very positive vibes. Being able to reconnect with fans after so many years made her very excited,” the insider said.

The update followed an earlier Just Jared report, also citing People, that Grande and Slater quietly split “several months” ago after nearly three years together.

The report suggests, “It’s amicable, they gave lots of time and careful consideration and decided to go their separate ways.” The insider added, “They are still friends and very supportive of one another. They have been quietly broken up for several months.”


Grande, 32, and Slater, 34, were first linked in July 2023 after meeting on the set of ‘Wicked.’ Grande played Glinda in the film, while Slater played Boq.

They went Instagram official in November 2024 and appeared together at several promotional events for ‘Wicked’ and ‘Wicked: For Good’ over the past year and a half.

In March, Grande also shared a rare public message of support for Slater’s off-Broadway play ‘Marcel on the Train,’ which he co-wrote and starred in. The former couple has not publicly commented on the latest split reports.
