Priyanka Chopra has definitely put India on the global map but there are many more who are equally popular in Hollywood. The latest to join the brigade of Indian origin actors is Neel Sethi, who played the main lead Mowgli in the super blockbuster ‘The Jungle Book.’ And who can forget the Indian cabbie Dopinder from ‘Deadpool’ who shone bright in the superhero flick? Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra has reached the heights which no established Bollywood actor has done so far. The 'Bajirao Mastani' actress not just ruled the international billboards after featuring in the American TV series ‘Quantico’ in which she plays the protagonist Alex Parrish, but also went on to grab the People's Choice Awards for her stint. The unstoppable actor-singer has taken up the second season of 'Quantico' besides adorning the covers of several international magazines.

Neel Sethi

Neel Sethi, the Indian origin kid from New York, is the only actor in the much talked-about Disney film, 'The Jungle Book'. Neel plays a Mowgli in the film which has voices of Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong'o, Scarlett Johansson and Christopher Walken. This 10-year-old was picked up from among thousands of kids who auditioned for the role. The bundle of talent is already a star in his own right and has all that it takes to make a mark in the west. Karan Soni

Karan Soni aka Dopinder, an Indian origin taxi driver in ‘Deadpool’, bagged his share of attention as he played ‘Mera joota hai japani’ in his cab as he fetched the main protagonist played by Ryan Reynolds in emergency situations at different intervals. The clueless guy got peculiar love advice from the Deadpool which he later actually used in kidnapping the man who was pursuing his love interest. Well, there is no denying that Dopinder got equally noticed as the Deadpool by the moviegoers.

Sendhil Ramamurthy is one of the very popular faces on the international television for his role of a geneticist Mohinder Suresh in the hit TV series, ‘Heroes’. Sooraj Sharma, a graduate from St. Stephens, Delhi University, shot to fame when he was chosen for the lead role of Pi for the Oscar winning film 'Life of Pi' that eve starred Irrfan Khan and Tabu who played his parents on screen. While the film claimed four Academy Awards, this Delhi lad was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award. While Director Ang Lee saw his expressive and innocent looking Pi in Sooraj, the young Indian went to make it bigger in Hollywood with 'Million Dollar Arm' as he grabbed an important role of Rinku Singh. Not only this, he also played Aayan Ibrahim in popular TV series 'Homeland' and it won’t be a surprise if he is counted among the top Hollywood actors one day.
