In the early hours of the morning, around 4:45 am, Govinda was reportedly preparing for a trip to Kolkata when attempting to store his licensed revolver back in a cupboard, the firearm slipped from his hand, and accidentally discharged a round, hitting him in the leg. The actor's manager told ANI that he was rushed to the hospital where doctors removed the bullet, and he is now in stable condition.

Early this year, 17-year-old rapper Rylo Huncho, met a tragic end when a gun went off while he was filming a music video. In a shocking accident, the young artist fatally shot himself while livestreaming his rap track. The police confirmed that Huncho died at 10:11 p.m. from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
