A filmmaker is not called the captain of the ship for nothing, he plays a pivotal role in bringing together a perfect cinematic experience. And Bhojpuri filmmaker Santosh Mishra is known for delivering blockbusters with his direction skills. Here are five films by Santosh Mishra which should be on your must-watch list!

‘Patna Se Pakistan’ is an action-romantic film written and directed by Santosh Mishra and produced by Ananjay Raghuraj. The movie featured superstar Dinesh Lal Yadav in the lead role and Aamrapali Dubey and Kajal Raghwani opposite him. The story is based on a simple man who loses his family in a terrorist attack and pledges to take revenge from the antagonist. He goes to Pakistan from Patna and fights a terrorist organisation. Other Bhojpuri actors such as Sushil Singh, Ashok Samarth, Brijesh Tripathi played supporting roles in ‘Patna Se Pakistan’.

'Border' was a patriotic film, directed and written by Santosh Mishra while it was produced by Pravesh Lal Yadav. The movie featured Dinesh Lal Yadav and Aamrapali Dubey as the leads.
