film industry. She revealed that the actresses are paid in comparison to the actors even after putting the same effort to make a film successful.
She further said that it looks bad and demoralises her when an actress works hard for her role as an actor but she gets less money. Pant revealed that the actresses go from shooting to promotion along with actors. In such a situation, they should be paid equally.
