Hilarious moments from Raj Chakrabarty's Kath Mundu shoot

The scene depicts Rudranil getting into a drag queen mode to feign being a woman and getting easy access into a woman's-only room in the film. But instead of Rudra, Raj, while trying to explain the scene to Rudra, turned into a butt of joke. While advising Rudra on how to act like a woman, Raj, supposedly did such a good job that it left his three actors, Abir, Rudra and Soham, stunned. "Rudra told me, 'I am confused as to your sexuality Raj. Will you please be kind enough to clear our doubts?' Of course, Soham and Abir couldn't stop giggling like kindergarten kids," Raj retorted in mock anger.

The scene proceeds to show Rudra getting caught red-handed, trying to sneak into the women's room, by Abir and Soham. This leads the two of them to beat up Rudra black-and-blue. Though Rudra was prepared for the scene, what actually happened left Rudra a little frazzled. Abir and Soham decided to make the scene a little too convincing and lifted up Rudra and flung him in the air, to do the scene justice! Rudra was left scared out of his wits!

On the other hand, Mimi and Srabanti, who are best of friends, also had a lot of fun among themselves. While canning a scene, that had the two of them getting into a good-natured tussle, they coudn't stop rolling on the floor with laughter after taking a look at their pictures. "Poeple will be seriously confused as to what this film is all about. Abir and Soham are seen sharing the same bed. I and Srabanti are seen sitting on each others' laps. The audience might mistake it for a documentary on alternate sexuality!," Mimi burst out laughing.

Rudra's manly, fuzzy cleavage was just too much for Abir, who kept provoking Rudra with his brazen wise-cracks. "It was an ill-fitting night-suit that Rudra was sporting for his drag-queen avatar. Of course, that led to quite a few hilarious situations, with Abir constantly pulling Rudra's leg. Also, the fact that Rudra just couldn't hold on to his nose ring or nath and kept losing it, added to a lot of confusion. Srabanti and Mimi though, were a lot of help to Rudra. When the team couldn't find enough bangles for Rudra to put on, the two actresses took off their own and gave them to him.

But it was not all fun and frolic on the sets. Raj, who is known to be a hard task-master, once lost his temper, when his assistant directors messed up a scene's continuity. The scene was supposed to show a wet spot on Abir's lapel, that had occurred when Abir spilled a drink on himself in the previous scene. While canning the scene, when Raj found that Abir's jacket was dry as a twig, he became furious and gave his assistants a tough time.
