Prosenjit is all praises for the action director of his next, Sham Kaushal

Prosenjit Chatterjee met Vicky Kaushal’s father Sham Kaushal on Tuesday, following which the action director and stunt coordinator took to Instagram to share glimpses from the meeting and also announce that he would be working with Prosenjit in his next. Praising the Jubilee star, he wrote, “An actor par excellence, a superstar in Bengali cinema, gem of a person and now a dear friend (sic).” Sham went on to add that they will be soon working together in the Subhrajit Mitra directorial, Devi Chaudhurani.
Prosenjit, who was praised by Vicky when they had bumped into each other at an event in Mumbai last month, reposted Sham’s post and wrote: “Thank you so much! It was lovely meeting you Sham Ji (sic),” Speaking to us, the veteran actor said, “It was indeed a great meeting Sham ji. We had a long discussion on the technicalities of action sequences. I was amazed by his depth of knowledge on the subject. I’m looking forward to working with him.”
Sham will be working on the action sequences for the Bengali film based on Bankim Chandra Chatterjee’s novel that stars Prosenjit as Bhabani Pathak and Srabanti Chatterjee in the titular role of Devi Chaudhurani.
