When will re-NEET exam city intimation slip be released? Here's what we know so far
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 was conducted on May 3 across the country. Soon after the examination, reports of a paper leak from some centres emerged, leading authorities to cancel the test for affected candidates and announce a fresh examination. The re-exam is now scheduled for June 21, and students are waiting for the release of the city intimation slip.
The city intimation slip is one of the first documents released before the admit card. It enables candidates know the city where they will take the examination. This information helps students and their families make travel plans in advance, especially if the allotted centre is in another city. For the May 3 examination, the city intimation slip was issued on April 20. Going by a similar schedule, the slip for the June 21 re-exam may be released around June 7 or June 8.
