The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will close the registration window for the Joint Entrance Examination Architecture Aptitude Test (JEE AAT) will close today, June 2 at 5 PM. Candidates who have qualified JEE Advanced 2026 and wish to seek admission to Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) programmes offered by select IITs must complete the registration process before the deadline.
IIT Roorkee opened the online registration process for JEE AAT 2026 today through the official JEE Advanced portal. With the application window remaining open for only a limited period, eligible candidates have been advised to submit their forms before 5 pm.
The question paper for JEE AAT 2026 will be available only in English. IIT Roorkee has clarified that no separate admit card will be issued for the test. Candidates must carry a printed copy of their JEE Advanced 2026 admit card along with an original photo identity card to the examination centre.
Admissions to BArch programmes at participating IITs will be based on a candidate's category-wise All India Rank in JEE Advanced 2026. Only candidates who qualify for the AAT will be considered for seat allotment in architecture programmes.
With the registration deadline ending this evening, eligible candidates have only a few hours left to complete the process and secure their chance to compete for architecture seats at the participating IITs.
Students have been advised to keep a copy of the submitted application form for future reference.

JEE AAT registration 2026: Steps to apply
- Go to the official JEE Advanced website: jeeadv.ac.in
- On the homepage, search and click on the JEE AAT 2026 registration link.
- Log in using your JEE Advanced credentials, including: Registration number, Date of birth, Mobile number, and Email ID
- When prompted with "Are you interested in AAT 2026?", select Yes.
- Choose your preferred examination centre from the available options.
- Verify all details entered in the application form.
- Submit the registration form.
- Download and save the confirmation page for future reference
