HP TET 2026 admit cards released at hpbose.org; over 24,000 candidates to appear on June 13 and 14
HP TET 2026 admit card: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE) has released the admit cards for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) June 2026 session. More than 24,000 candidates from across the state are set to appear for the examination to establish their eligibility for teaching positions in schools.
The board has completed all necessary preparations for the smooth conduct of the examination, which will be held on June 13 and 14 in two sessions each day. Candidates can now download their admit cards from the official HPBoSE website using their application number and date of birth.
Exams Scheduled Across Four Categories
Sharing details, HPBoSE Chairman Dr Rajesh Sharma said that the TET examinations for TGT (Arts), TGT (Medical), JBT and TGT (Sanskrit) will be conducted as per the notified schedule.
On June 13, the TGT (Arts) examination will be held in the morning session from 10 am to 12:30 pm. A total of 10,515 candidates will appear at 68 examination centres across the state. The TGT (Medical) examination will be conducted in the afternoon session from 2 pm to 4:30 pm, with 3,318 candidates appearing at 51 centres.
JBT TET Draws Highest Number of CandidatesOn June 14, the JBT TET examination will be conducted from 10 am to 12:30 pm. As many as 8,925 candidates are expected to take the test at 64 examination centres.
The TGT (Sanskrit) examination will be held in the afternoon session from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. A total of 1,394 candidates will appear at 39 centres. Dr Sharma said that the duration of all TET examinations has been fixed at two and a half hours.
Candidates Advised to Reach Centres Early
The board has uploaded admit cards for all examinations on its official website. Candidates can download their hall tickets by entering their application number and date of birth.
Dr Sharma urged candidates to reach their respective examination centres well before the reporting time to avoid any inconvenience. He also advised them to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card or Driving Licence.
The HPBoSE Chairman extended his best wishes to all candidates appearing for the Teacher Eligibility Test and expressed confidence in the successful conduct of the examination.
