CISF ASI Paramedical Staff recruitment 2026: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has announced recruitment for Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Paramedical Staff posts under its 2026 recruitment drive. The recruitment notice, published in Employment News, invites online applications from eligible male and female Indian citizens for ASI (Pharmacist), ASI (X-Ray Technician) and ASI (Lab Technician) positions.
According to the recruitment schedule, the online application process will commence on June 8, 2026. Candidates will be able to submit their applications through the prescribed online mode until July 7, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. The recruitment will be conducted on an all-India basis.
Vacancy distribution and eligibilityA total of 24 vacancies have been notified. Of these, 18 posts are earmarked for ASI (Pharmacist), one post for ASI (X-Ray Technician) and five posts for ASI (Lab Technician).
For ASI (Pharmacist), applicants must possess a diploma or degree in Pharmacy. Candidates applying for the ASI (X-Ray Technician) post must hold a two-year diploma in Radiography. For ASI (Lab Technician), a two-year diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) is required.
The prescribed age limit is 18 to 28 years for all advertised posts. July 7, 2026, will serve as the crucial date for determining age eligibility. Age relaxation will be applicable in accordance with government norms, including three years for OBC candidates and five years for SC and ST candidates.
Application fee and important deadlinesCandidates belonging to the UR, OBC and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. No application fee has been prescribed for SC, ST, female candidates and Ex-Servicemen.
The last date for online fee payment and SBI challan generation is July 7, 2026. Candidates opting for SBI challan payment can complete the transaction until July 9, 2026. The examination date will be announced separately.
Selection process and application procedureThe selection process comprises a Written Examination conducted through OMR or CBT mode, followed by the Physical Standard Test (PST), documentation verification, Basic Vocational Aptitude Test (BVAT) and Medical Examination. A final merit list will be prepared after completion of all stages.
Candidates must apply online through the CISF recruitment portal. The process includes one-time registration, submission of personal and educational details, uploading of photographs and required documents, fee payment where applicable, and final submission of the application form. Applicants are advised to retain a printout of the submitted form for future reference.
